At Coorg Villa, we respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during enquiry or booking—including guest names, contact numbers, email addresses, and identification documents—is utilized strictly for confirming reservations, complying with local hospitality registration laws, and communicating with you regarding your stay. We do not sell or share personal data with external marketing third parties.

Booking & Confirmation Terms

• Bookings are confirmed directly via phone or WhatsApp upon mutual agreement of dates, guest count, and advance payment if required.
• Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) is required for all adult guests upon check-in as per regulatory norms.
• Standard check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability.

Property House Rules

• Residential Peace: Coorg Villa is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood near Omkareshwara Temple. We kindly request guests to observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM to respect neighboring residents and other staying families.
• No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms, living halls, and bathrooms. Dedicated outdoor smoking zones are provided.
• Care for Villa Property: Guests are requested to treat the villa fixtures, electronics, furniture, and linens with care. Any intentional damage or missing items will be charged to the guest.
• Vehicle Parking: On-premises parking is provided for guest convenience. Vehicles are parked at owner's discretion.
